  • How are your jewelry pieces made?

All jewelry pieces are made to order by a real person. Jewelry is made using traditional handmade techniques.

  • Do you use any specific techniques or materials in your production process?

Our pieces are hammered, linked, and intricately wrapped by hand using recycled 14k Gold-filled and Argentium Silver metals. The majority of our components such as chain links, jump rings, and earring findings are made by hand. Other findings like magnet clasps are ethically sourced.

  • What is the estimated shipping time for orders?

Once your order is placed, production time takes a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks. Once item(s) are produced they will be shipped and delivered in approximately 3 to 5 business days. 

  • Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Due to the product time, we currently do not offer expedited shipping. We recommend ordering a few days in advance if you're looking to have the item(s) by a certain time.

  • How much does shipping cost?

For orders placed in the US, shipping costs $9.25. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs $30.

  • What is your return policy?

Lost/stolen items will receive a GUARANTEED refund. For items that are damaged a refund will be guaranteed ONLY upon approval of returned item(s).

  • Do you offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or styles?

All items are handmade in small batches. The size and style must be chosen accurately. For help with sizing, please see the size guide.

  • Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges?

  • What is your customer service response time?

Estimate response time is 3 to 5 minutes by chat box and within 24 hours by email.

  • Do you have a physical store or showroom where customers can visit?
